Had a great experience, was a bit of back and forth but that was mostly from our end since we were a bit concerned about the monthly payments. But they were very nice and patient with us. We got a 2018 Kia Niro and me and my husband are absolutely in love with this vehicle. The process for application was easy and can be done online, so when you come pick up the vehicle all you do is sign test drive and wave goodbye

I filled out the application, it's financing process was an easy transition with the help of Finance Director, Keith. Keith took his time with me and my one million questions, never made me feel uncomfortable because I had to file bankruptcy, extremely pleasant to work with. Another great asset to Ash Auto, Austin... what an unbelievable person. He helped me through each step, explained everything as we went along and again he also answered my one million questions. And also to top the cake, I am located in Florida some 2,200 miles away from Ash Auto and it went seamless and arrived 4 days earlier than estimated.
